Where do you take my items?

We make every effort to keep usable items out of the landfill. Whenever possible, items are donated to local organizations so they can be reused by others.

Materials that can’t be donated are sorted and taken to the appropriate recycling facilities or disposal sites.

Do you remove paint cans?

Yes — we can remove paint cans. Disposal facilities charge a fee for paint, which is added to the cost of the job. We’ll always review any additional charges with you before proceeding.

How do you charge for junk removal?

We price junk removal based on how much space your items take up in our trucks — simple, transparent, and no surprises.

We operate two truck sizes to give you the most cost-effective option:

  • Large Truck (14′ x 8′ x 5′) — up to $850 to fill
  • Medium Truck (12′ x 8′ x 5′) — up to $695 to fill

If you don’t fill the entire truck, you only pay for the space you use.

Each full truck includes a standard amount of loading time with a 2-person crew.
For larger or more time-intensive jobs, additional time may be billed as needed — but this is uncommon and will always be discussed and approved before we continue.

We always provide exact pricing on-site before starting, so you’re fully in control.

What if my items are in good condition, will you donate them?

How long do I get the junk crew for?

The crew will stay as long as needed to complete your job.

Each load includes a standard amount of time with a 2-person crew, based on the volume of items being removed. Most jobs are completed within that included time.

If a job requires significantly more time than expected, additional labor may be billed — but only with your approval before we continue.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit or debit cards.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.

How large are your trucks?

We operate two truck sizes to match the needs of your job:

  • Large Truck: 14′ long × 8′ wide × 5.5′ high
  • Medium Truck: 12′ long × 8′ wide × 5.5′ high

This allows us to handle everything from small pickups to full property cleanouts efficiently — without overcharging for unused space.

Do you recycle?

Yes — all metal items are recycled, and we make every effort to recycle additional materials whenever possible.
